Daily Affirmations Will Help You Grow!

If you aren’t already familiar with daily affirmations and how/why they’re used, it might just sound like some kind of hokey pokey, trendy ‘thing’ people talk about in the coaching world.

It is sooooo much more than that.

Daily affirmations are intentional words used to help you attain a goal.

They can be said out loud, written down, drawn in the sky for all I care – long as you see them, BELIEVE them, and allow them to help you grow. 🌹

Typically short and easy to remember, once you get in the hang of using daily affirmations on a regular basis, you’ll see how much these simple words will influence your life.

Here are a few examples to give you an idea of what I’m talking about.

"I am amazing."

"I am strong."

"I can do anything."

"Positivity is a choice."

"I celebrate my individuality."

"I am prepared to succeed."

"I will change the world."

"I am important."

You’ve heard them before and now I’m sure you are familiar with what I mean, but are you using them?

Are you being intentional with the words that you speak to yourself, the words that you put in your brain and thrive on in your personal and professional life?

If you aren’t quite there yet, here are a couple ways you can get started today.

Daily Affirmations Tip #1 – Write them down. ✏️

On the mirror in your bathroom, on a notecard that sits in the passenger seat of your car, maybe printed in a beautiful font and hung from the refrigerator. Choose a place that you’ll see multiple times throughout the day and leave your daily affirmations there.

Even if you don’t take the intentional time to read them, you’ll be physically surrounded by words that will support you and your efforts throughout the day.

Daily Affirmations Tip #2 – Save them in your phone and hit ‘repeat’. 📱

If you have a smart phone, there’s an app for taking notes. Use it! Type in your daily affirmations and every chance you have, go through it and read them. Either out loud or to yourself (whichever is right for your situation).

The more often you see them, read them, or say them out loud, the better!

Here’s the thing about daily affirmations. They’re a simple way of adding major positives to your life and focusing the thoughts that your mind takes the time to entertain.

Don’t let any negative thoughts wear you down or creep their way into being truths in your mind. #downwithdoubt Focus on the positivity of your daily affirmations and allow them to branch into ways that you can grow and achieve your goals.

☀️ Once you’re able to flip your mindset, you will begin to manifest the things you do want and let go of everything else. Oh happy day! ☀️
